Titan GSE backs every product with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with what you have received, then we will exhaust every opportunity to make things right. This may include a refund in certain situations.

 

Our return policy requires contact to be made with 7 days of receiving the product. We cannot authorize the return of merchandise that has been in the possession of a customer for longer than 7 days.

 

A non-defective return will incur a handling and restocking fee. Defective returns may be returned in exchange for the exact product.

 

There are no returns on sale, discounted, or custom items ordered through Titan GSE.

 

Customers must contact Titan GSE for a return authorization before sending defective or non-defective items as a return. Contact our customer care specialists for details on what is required.

 

Unless indicated otherwise, the customer is responsible for insurance, shipping, and associated charges on a return. Without insurance, the customer is responsible for losses and damages that may occur to the item(s) in question.

 

A return must be received in like-new condition. All necessary components must be included unless missing components are the cause of the defective product. Additional charges are assessed for items that have missing components.

 

If products are verified to be defective, the original shipping expense may be reimbursed at our sole discretion.

 

Refunds are issued within 30 business days from the date of an accepted return. For non-defective returns, the 18% restocking fee is automatically deducted from the amount of return.
